Dr. David Wolf is an Evansville Indiana native, where he graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1979. Dr. David Wolf then attended the University of Southern Indiana where he graduated in 1983. Dr. Wolf finished his degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1987.
Dr. David Wolf has a long list of professional Memberships, which include: American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Indianapolis District Dental Society (President 2001), Founder/President Indianapolis Dental Society Charitable Foundation, Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow in the American College of Dentistry – President Elect Indiana- only 3% of all dentists are chosen based on leadership and community service, International Association for Orthodontics. Dr. Wolf has participated in DDS Donated Dental Service-providing care for handicapped and medically compromised, Give Kids a Smile program – provides dental care to needy children, volunteer at Esperanza Clinic of Johnson County – service to the poor, Genneseret Clinic volunteer- service to Indianapolis inner city poor, Annual trips to Romania through Remember the Children treating orphans and poor of eastern Romania, Collected and donated equipment and instruments to start a dental clinic in Plain de Noir Haiti, Helped to raise capital funds to start Cristo Rey High School for Indianapolis inner city poor that want a college prep education.
Dr. David Wolf is a member of Greenwood Sertoma Club, Greenwood Indiana- Sertoman of the year for State on Indiana 2005, Member Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, Greenwood Indiana, Lumen Dir Christian business club, Pack 265 Scout Leader- Bronze Pelican Award 2006, Saints Francis and Claire Church President of Board of Directors, Roncalli High School Board of Directors, Indianapolis Deanery Coordinating Committee, youth basketball coach.
When Dr. Wolf isn't working or volunteering, he enjoys gardening, cooking, running, woodworking, skiing, church projects, family time with wife Anne and daughter Andrea and sons Joe and Adam.
